Every game offered by a Swiss online casino has to be independently verified and certified by the Swiss Federal Gaming Board. In this process, it is ensured that the correct game version number is mapped on the game provider’s server. The version number can be found in the help section of the corresponding game. In case of games provided by Greentube/Novomatic Interactive, the certified reference number can be found under the following link: gtat-gs7.greentube.com/out.html
The average real payout rate of our games is 96.02%. This value is also referred to as "Return to Player" (RTP). A detailed indication of the theoretical RTP for each slot can be found in the help or info section of the respective game. This value is referring to the percentage of game stakes which in the long run will be paid back to the players in the form of winnings.
You can find more information about the RTP here: www.jackpots.ch/en/casino-guide/rtp

The setting of a limit is required by law in Switzerland and therefore loss limit is mandatory for every player at JackPots.
Enter the maximum value that you can lose per day / week or month in order to keep enjoying your gaming.
Example: If you have set your limit to CHF 100.- per day and have CHF 200.- real money in your player account, you can play until you have CHF 100.- in your account.
You can set a stake limit that is completely independent of profit and loss. Every time you place a bet, the bet is deducted from your limit. Example: With a limit of CHF 100 per day, you can play a maximum of 50 times with a stake of 2 Swiss francs.
You can set a limit at which you regulate how much money you want to deposit with JackPots within an specific period of time.
You can manage your limits in your account under the heading "Responsible Gaming". A loss limit must be defined, which you cannot change. The other limits can be set or removed according to your needs. If a limit is increased or removed, the change will not take effect for 24 hours. If a new limit is set, this takes effect immediately.
The term gambling addiction is used when gambling behavior can no longer be controlled by the person concerned. Gambling becomes the all-dominant urge, the centre of one's life. The thoughts constantly revolve around gambling: The next gaming opportunity, the next possible (big) profit, raising money for the next game, covering up the losses suffered, etc. are the main focus.
JackPots offers various tools to help you play responsibly. In your player account, you can choose to be temporarily excluded from individual game categories or from all games for 15 minutes to 6 months under "Responsible gaming”, "Game break”. You also have the option of applying for a Swiss-wide gambling ban ("Voluntary gambling ban").
If you wish to be voluntarily blocked, you can do so in your player account under "Responsible Gaming". Swiss casinos are legally obliged to ban a person from gambling if they suspect that the person is overindebted, does not meet their financial obligations or risks wagers that are disproportionate to their income and assets.
A good start for responsible gambling is to use our self-assessment test. You can either fill it out anonymously or save it in your player account and use it again later. When you complete and save the test for the first time, JackPots will acknowledge your responsible behavior and will send you a small gift (if we can contact you by postal mail).

The main game
Grand Holdem is a variant of poker that is played exclusively against the dealer. Ante must always be placed as a basic bet in order to play a hand. After the ante and bonus bets are placed, players and dealers are dealt their starting hands and the first three community cards on the table, also known as the "flop", are dealt.
After the flop, the player must decide whether or not to continue playing. If he does not call, the ante amount is lost. If he calls, he must pay twice the amount of the ante again as a "call".
If the player calls, two community cards are dealt again. The dealer's hand is then compared to the player's hand (the best 5-card combination of hand and community cards). This is provided that the dealer qualifies at all. This is only the case if the dealer is holding a pair of 4 or a better hand. If the dealer does not qualify, the player gets his call bet back and is paid the ante value according to the winning table depending on his hand.
If there is a showdown and the dealer's hand is better than the player's, the player loses his bet. If the player's hand is better than the dealer's, he wins an amount that depends on the strength of his hand (e.g. 3:1 for a full house or 20:1 for a straight flush) - see the detailed paytable in the game description. The RTP for the main bet (ante/call) is 97.8424%.
The Bonus Bet
After the ante has been wagered, the player has the opportunity to make a bonus wager. With this bet on "Aces or Better" he bets that his starting hand (consisting of the two cards in his hand and the three flop cards on the table) is at least one pair of Aces or stronger (Straight, Full House,...). After hand cards and flop are dealt, its decided whether the bonus bet is won or not. The amount of the payout depends on the hand the player has after the flop; for example, if he has two aces or a straight, he gets 7 times his bet back, if he has a royal flush even 100 times - see the detailed payout table in the game description. The bonus bet has an RTP of 93.74%.
