The jackpots.ch Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply. In addition, the following provisions shall apply.

Anyone over the age of 18 with a verified and active player profile on jackpots.ch is eligible to participate. Those who are subject to a gambling ban are excluded from the raffle.

jackpots.ch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participation for legitimate reasons, such as (a) manipulation in connection with access to or running of the prize draw, (b) violation of these Terms of Participation, (c) unfair trading, or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the raffle.

The winners will be selected at random from all participants. The winners of the prize draw will be notified promptly via a separate e-mail or by telephone. Prizes will only be distributed to the winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternate prize. If the winner does not respond within seven days of being asked to do so or does not wish to accept the prize, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

In the event that you win a prize, your personal information required to hand over the prize will be transmitted to our respective cooperative partner (e.g., a company that has donated a prize or a freight forwarder). The data will be stored there until the end of the legal retention periods.

jackpots.ch expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reason that would disrupt or prevent the prize draw from running as smoothly as planned.

There is no right of appeal. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings. A cash payout or exchange of the winnings is not possible.
