How do Prize Surprises work and how do I take part?

1. Log in to your jackpots.ch player profile.
2. Place a bet on one of the above-mentioned games during the promotional period. You’re welcome to place a bet with real money or bonus money; only bets in demo mode are excluded from Prize Surprises. You don’t need to sign up for Prize Surprises separately – you’ll automatically take part in the Prize Surprise with your spin.
3. Cross your fingers for an extra win in freespins. No matter where the spin lands, winnings are distributed randomly to lucky players. This means you can even win a Prize Surprise extra prize if you don’t win on a particular spin.
4. Winners are notified of their Prize Surprise winnings directly within the game. The freespin prize is credited directly to the player profile within the following 48 hours after the prize surprise ends. 

Terms and Conditions of Participation

To take part in the Prize Surprise, you must place a bet in one of the participating games within the specified time frame. You’re welcome to place a bet in real money or bonus money; only bets in demo mode are excluded. The additional prizes in freespins are based purely on luck and are not linked to a specific output in the game. This means that you can even win a Prize Surprise freespin prize in a spin in which you didn’t otherwise win. Freespin winnings are credited directly to your player profile within the following 48 hours after the prize surprise ends.

If you bet on one of the above-mentioned games within the specified time period, you will automatically be entered for the Prize Surprise. You don’t need to register separately.

Bonus conditions

Freespins can be combined with other bonuses and can be redeemed by players with an active and verified player account at jackpots.ch. Freespins are personalized and can only be redeemed once by the winner. Freespins must be played through within 7 days of receipt. Freespins that have not been played through expire after 7 days. There is no entitlement to expired credits.
