1. Organiser and campaign periodThe «How luck goes» campaign is organised by Grand Casino Baden AG, Haselstrasse 2, 5400 Baden, operator of jackpots.ch.
The campaign runs from 1 November 2026, 00:00h, to 30 November 2026, 23:59h (Swiss time).
2. Participation and eligibility to winIn principle, anyone can submit stories. However, only persons aged 18 or over with a player profile at jackpots.ch and no active gambling ban in Switzerland can take part in the prize draw and win.
Taking part in the prize award is optional and must be expressly confirmed in the entry form. It covers both the freespins draw and the award for the three best stories.
People who do not wish to take part in the prize award can still submit stories. These stories will not be considered in either prize category, but may be used by us in accordance with the agreed rights of use.
Only persons aged 18 or over who live in Switzerland, who have an active and fully verified player profile at jackpots.ch at the time the respective winners are determined, and who are not subject to a gambling ban are eligible to win.
To be matched to the player profile, the e-mail address entered in the entry form must match the e-mail address stored in the player profile. Only entries from persons who are eligible to win at the time the respective winners are determined, and whose entry can be matched to a player profile, will be considered for the prize award.
Persons with an active gambling ban, an ongoing gambling break (cool-off) or an ongoing early detection procedure under player protection measures are excluded from the prize award. Employees of the Stadtcasino Baden Group are also not eligible to win.
Participation is free of charge and does not require a deposit or a stake.
3. Submitting storiesYou take part by submitting a story you wrote yourself via the form on the campaign landing page.
The story should fit the «How luck goes» campaign concept and describe a creative situation in which a stroke of luck prevents a mishap.
Stories may be entirely made up or inspired by real experiences.
Each person may submit as many different stories as they like.
By submitting, the participant confirms that they created the story themselves, hold the necessary rights to it and do not infringe any third-party rights. Copied, plagiarised or improperly appropriated content is not permitted.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude entries that breach these terms from the prize award.
4. Freespins draw1'000 prizes of 50 freespins each, worth CHF 0.10 per spin, will be drawn among all eligible persons who have expressly confirmed their participation in the prize award.
The draw will take place at random after the end of the campaign.
Regardless of the number of stories submitted, each eligible person will only be entered into the draw once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning.
A maximum of one freespins prize is possible per person or player profile.
Eligibility to win, in particular the status of the active and verified player profile, will be checked at the time of the draw.
The winners drawn will probably be notified in the first week of December 2026 by e-mail or via another permitted communication channel, and their freespins will be credited to their player profile. The game in which the freespins can be redeemed will be announced in the prize notification.
This message will be sent exclusively to the winners and will not contain any additional promotional offers.
The bonus terms below apply to the freespins.
5. Award for the best storiesIn addition to the freespins draw, the three most creative valid stories from eligible persons will each be awarded CHF 200.- in real money.
The selection will be made after the end of the campaign, by 15 December 2026 at the latest, by a jury appointed by the organiser.
The jury will assess in particular:
- Creativity and originality
- Entertainment value
- Fit with the «How luck goes» campaign concept
Eligibility to win will be checked at the time the winners are determined. Only stories from persons who are eligible to win at that time will be considered.
A maximum of one real money prize can be won per person or player profile. If several stories are submitted, no more than one story by the same person can win an award.
Winning a prize in the freespins draw does not rule out an award for the story. A maximum of one freespins prize and one real money prize is possible per person or player profile.
After eligibility has been checked, the real money prizes will be credited directly to the respective player profile by jackpots.ch. The winners will be notified by e-mail or via another permitted communication channel.
No wagering requirements apply to the real money prizes.
6. Originality and rights of useBy submitting, the participant confirms that they created the submitted story themselves, hold all rights required for the use described below and do not infringe any copyrights, personality rights or other third-party rights. Please don't use real names or details that could identify other people. Don't submit any confidential information or any discriminatory, unlawful or defamatory content.
Stories may expressly be made up. A real event is not required.
